Yewande Akinse

Yewande is a Poet and Author of two collections of poetry, titled, "A tale of being, of green and of ing" (2019) and Voices: A collection of poems that tell stories (2016). 

She is the winner of the World Bank Youth Acton EDU Poetry Prize, the Project Knucklehead prize for creative rebellion, The Guardian Newspaper Poetry prize and the Fidelity Bank prize for creative writing.

Sophie was born and raised in England before moving to the Canadian Rockies. 

Sophie enjoys writing novels about heroines she can relate to and heroes she can fall in love with, and she is a voracious reader of fun and sexy romances. She has a master's degree in education and has enjoyed a variety of interesting careers, drawing inspiration from her colourful life experiences.

Woman, Christian, wife, mother, teacher, missionary, and now author, Chrisann is a woman with a multi-faceted life. Her book, Congo Crisis, was written many years ago and is full of her experiences, only told through the eyes of a young lady who traveled to Congo to gain insights into missionary life. And now, her latest book, Congo Terror, is out!

Pearl. B. Cannon

In addition to writing science fiction and fantasy (and a smidgen of horror), Pearl enjoys a good read, working crossword puzzles, walking, drawing, and painting.

She is a retired electronics technician and admits to having worked at a variety of other jobs during her life, including being a dishwasher, a busgirl, a housemaid, a motel/hotel maid, working in a fast-food joint, a telephone operator, and a store clerk. There have been other, not-so-glamorous jobs, including picking cotton.

She daydreams a lot, too.

Hugh Cook

Hugh was born in The Hague, The Netherlands, and immigrated to Canada with his family in 1950.

In 1997 The Word Guild of Canada awarded Hugh the Leslie K. Tarr Award. Hugh is emeritus professor of English at Redeemer University.

Hugh is the author of four books. His latest novel is Heron River, a deeply moving exploration of human error and redemption, tragedy and triumph, set in the supposed safety of a small Ontario town.

Carl currently lives with his wife and two adorable toddlers who’ve all helped him persevere through life’s carnival and the journey to publishing his first book—Keepers & Destinies. With the continued love and support of his family, and all of us, Carl will continue to pursue his passion and turn out more books that we will enjoy.

Aishwarya Singh

Aishwarya works for a travel BPO in India. Her grandmother's bedtime stories always captivated her. She grew up hearing stories about three princesses and a king, as well as stories about saving princesses from monsters and other Panchatantra legends. Aishwarya was so moved by all of those bedtime stories that she decided to write her own. She began writing as a result of her passion for the craft and a desire to put her imagined universe on paper.

Joe Clark

Joe's Demented got him Long-Listed for the Book Viral Millennium Book Award in 2020. His novels, The Walsh’s: the Coming of Eve, Demented, and MacGregor’s Final Battle are Book-of-the-Month selections. He writes Contemporary Drama and Urban Adventure. 

Joe and his wife make their home with their two lab-border mix rescue dogs in Maryland on the outskirts of DC in the house they’ve occupied for most of the last forty years.

Stephen was born in, Birmingham UK, in the 1950s. He served in the British Airborne in the 1970s, before moving to Australia. His books include The Dennis Bisskit Adventures, Jessup, Spike, and The Broken Detective. His books are  set in London's East End in the 1960s.

Colin Ward

Colin has been writing for over twenty years in wide range of forms and styles, releasing his debut novel "To Die For" in 2017. This was followed by two poetry collections and the publication of his play "No Smoke", which gained high praise from BAFTA winner Geoff Thompson. The second novel in his Detective Mike Stone trilogy, "Innocent Lies" is out now.

Aleksandra Tryniecka

Aleksandra is an Assistant Professor at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the author of "Bunky and the Walms: The Christmas Story". In her free time she writes poetry and stories in order to accommodate her life with the right words. She enjoys the nineteenth-century British literature, especially everything written by Anthony Trollope and Wilkie Collins. One of her favourite literary characters is the Cheshire Cat. Without a doubt, Bunky is also her favourite literary character!
